Catch 22 La-X-Training & Conditioning is dedicated to enhancing the athletic development of all their athletes through scientifically proven exercise protocols. Catch 22 La-X-Training & Conditioning is committed to providing world class conditioning programs by applying scientifically proven training ideologies after examining the strengths and weaknesses of each athlete. We strive to offer a positive training environment, fueled by cutting edge exercise physiologogy research, to provide the opportunity for athletes to achieve their full athletic and psychological potential regardless of age, sex or skill level. A creation of Double Deuce Athletics Ltd., Catch 22 La-X-Training & Conditioning is the fusion between cross training and lacrosse specific strength and conditioning. Developed by former MCLA All American Jeff Cathrea (BSc. Kinesiology, SFU), Catch 22 La-X-Training & Conditioning is Canada's only lacrosse specific conditioning and speed improvement program.
Catch 22 La-X-Training & Conditioning specializes in training athletic development, speed, acceleration, power, core stability, balance, flexibility, lacrosse specific movements and energy systems. Top players from the NLL, NCAA, WLA, MCLA, and the BCJLL rely on fitness expertise and lacrosse specific skill tutorials from Catch 22 La-X-Training & Conditioning. The C22 athlete will learn how to integrate these performance enhancing tools into their lacrosse game and be able to translate these tools to improve upon their offensive, defensive, transitional and strategic play.
Catch 22 La-X-Training & Conditioning believes in a ground roots lacrosse philosophy and in doing so runs clinics, seminars, workshops and camps in and around the lower mainland throughout the year.
Developed by former MCLA All American and current Co-Head Coach of the SFU men's field lacrosse team, Jeff Cathrea (BSc. Kinesiology, SFU), Catch 22 La-X-Training & Conditioning is North America's only lacrosse specific conditioning and speed improvement program.
